I, N.W. Nelson of said county and state being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. Item 1st - I give bequeath and devise to Martha A. Nelson my wife all the property of every description of which I may be possessed at the time of my death for & during her life to have to her own proper use and benefit and (illegible). Item 2nd - I desire and direct that my Executor shall as soon after my death as convenient and proper pay to G.T.G. Nelson my son five dollars as his part as portion of my property and that he have no other interest in my Estate. Item 3rd - After the death of my wife Martha A Nelson I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sallie Driscol and her children Fifty-Six acres of land on the east side of Lot No 226 to extend the entire length of said lot and to include the house place and improvements thereon, and also all the (illegible) household and (illegible) furniture and all other property not disposed of this will that may be left at the death of my wife Martha A Nelson. Item 4th - After the death of my wife Martha A. Nelson I give and bequeath to Daughter Soffia Beeland the balance of lot of Land No 226 land lying between the line of the Fifty six acres willed to Sallie Driscol and her children and the line of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot subject to the conditions in item 7th of this will. Item 5th - After the death of my wife Martha A. Nelson I give and bequeath to B.E. Nelson my son Sixty acres of land of lot (No. 225)across the north side of Lot to the line of the fifty acres of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot subject tothe conditions of item 7th of this will. Item 6th - After the death of my wife Martha Nelson I give and bequeath to my son F.Z. Nelson the balance of Lot (No 225) to the line of the Fifty acres of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot. Item 7th - I desire & direct that F.Z. Nelson shall have the privilege of getting timber and fire wood necessary for use on the place bequeath in this will him so long as he shall own the same. Item 8th - I hereby constitute and appoint my son F.Z. Nelson Executor of this my last will and testament this January 7th 1892. N.W. Nelson Signed declared and published by N.W. Nelson as his last will & testament in the presence of us the subscribers who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator (at his request) and of each other he signing in our presence and we signed in his presence. J.(?)G. Hill G.W. McDaniel Z. Beeland Georgia Taylor County. I, G.W. McDaniel do do swear that I (illegible) well as Z. Beeland and J.G. Hill saw the within named N.W. Nelson sign and publish the within paper as his last Will & testament: that I subscribed the name as a witness theereto at the special instance and request of the said N.W. Nelson & in his presence, that the said N.W. Nelson signed the same freely and voluntarily and was at the time of such signing of sound and disposing mind and memory. I saw Z Beeland and J.G. Hill also sign said will at the instance and request of N.W. Nelson and in his presence each of us signing in the presence of the others. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 2d day of October 1893. G.W. McDaniel J.E. Davant, Ordinary (illegible) the foregoing affidavit of G.W. McDaniel and of the subscribing witnesses to the within will of N.W. Nelson deceased, it is ordered by the court that the said will be admitted to record as satisfactorily proven in common form and it is further ordered that letters testamentary issue to F.Z. Nelson the executor named in said will upon his taking and subscribing the oath required by law. This the 2d day of October 1893. J.E. Davant, Ordinary Georgia Taylor County. I F.Z. Nelson do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named N.W. Nelson deceased so far as I know and believe and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of this state. So help me God. F.Z.
