I, Martha A. Nelson of said County and State being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. Item 1st - I desire and direct that my Executor shall as soon after my death as convenient and proper pay to G.T.G. Nelson my son Five Dollars as his part or portion of my property, and that he have no other interest in my estate. Item 2nd - After my death I give and bequeath to my daughter Sallie Driscol & her children Fifty-Six acres of land on the East side of Lot No 226 to extend the entire length of said Lot and to include the house I have and improvements thereon and also all Stock household and kitchen furniture and all other property not disposed of in this will that may be left at my death. Item 3rd - After my death I give and bequeath to my daughter Soffia Beeland the balance of Lot of land No 226 lying between the line of the Fifty-Six acres willed to Sallie Driscol and her children and the line of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot subject to item (6) six of this will. Item 4th - After my death, I give and bequeath to my son B.E. Nelson Sixty acres of Land of Lot No 225 across the North side of said Lot to the line of the fifty acres of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot subject to the conditions of Item (6) six of this will. Item 5th - After my death I give and bequeath to my son F.Z. Nelson the balance of lot No 225 to the line of G.T.G. Nelson on the west side of said lot. Item 6th - I desire and direct that F.Z. Nelson shall have the privilege of getting timber and fire wood for use on the place bequeathed him in his will so long as he may own the same. Item 7th - I hereby constitute and appoint my son F.Z. Nelson Executor of this my last Will and testament this Aug 17th 1893. Martha A. Nelson Signed declared and published by Martha A. Nelson as her last Will and testament in presence of us she subscribed who subscribed our names hereto in the presence of said testator at her request and of each other she signing in our presence and we signing in her presence. L.B. Lucas T.(?)B. Beeland Z. Beeland State of Georgia, Taylor County. In the Court of Ordinary of said County: Personally appeared in open Court L.B. Lucas and T.B. Beeland who being duly sworn, depose and say on oath that they are two of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing dated August 17th 1902 (should be 1893). That they as well as Z. Beeland saw the within named Martha A. Nelson sign seal and publish said instrument of writing as her last Will & Testament: They subscribed the same as a witness thereto at the special instance and request of the said Martha A. Nelson and in her presnece as did also the said Z. Beeland, that the said Martha A. Nelson signed the same freely and voluntarily, and was at the time of signing said instrument of sound and disposing mind and memory. L.B. Lucas T.B. Nelson, do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last Will of the within named Martha A.
