Item 1st I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if any exist. If a sale of property shall be necessary, I wish him to select for sale that which can be most advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit. Item 2nd In making a disposition of the property of which I am possessed at this time I wish to bear testimony to the love and confidence that all of my children have shown their mother and me, and by this item I wish to do only that which is in accordance with the wishes of all those of my children I have been able to consult. I believe all will approve my course, as all of them on arrival at suitable age, have married and gone away to homes of their own with such aid as I could give them. With my son Aylesbury B. Shehee, it has been different. Since reaching the age of 21 years he has continued to live with his mother and me and has worked as he always had, faithfully. During this time he married Savannah Georgia Guy who has lived with us in our house, and has been in every way, all that a faithful and loving daughter could be. As with out help in the long time of my wife's last illness, again in that of my daughter Agnes and now that I am feeble and alone, I need and recei! ve their care and attention. We should have suffered, in consideration of their long and faithful care of my business and my family, I give to my son Aylesbury B. Shehee all of my estate, both real and personal where ever situated, consisting of the South half of Lot of Land number ninety nine (99) in the Thirteenth (13) District of Taylor County, Georgia, containing one hundred one and one quarter (101 1/4) acres, more or less, The North half of Lot of land Number one hundred and thirty five (135) in the Second (2nd) District of Taylor County Georgia, containing one hundred one and one quarter (101 1/4) acres more or less, and the east half of Lot of land Number one hundred and seventy six (176) in the Second (2nd) District of Taylor County Georgia containing one hundred one and one quarter (101 1/4) acres more or less. All in the aggregate amounting to Three hundred three and three quarter (303 3/4) acres more or less. Being the home I have occupied for twenty years pas! t which home is situated on north half of Number one hundred and thirty five (135) in the Second (2nd) District of Taylor County Georgia. The personal property given him consists in part of the ?inning Outfit on said north half of Lot Number one hundred and thirty five (135) of the Second (2nd) District of Taylor County Georgia. Shehee's death to his wife Savannah Georgia Shehee and their three (3) children now living Joseph Daniel, Maurice, Lee Hanks and any children that may be born to them, and that the children may receive share and share alike when the property is divided in kind if possible. In the event my son Aylesbury shall die leaving his wife, Savannah Georgia , a widow, before my grand children Joseph Daniel, Maurice and Lee Hanks or any of them are of legal age to take charge of the property and she should marry again then in that event the property is to go immediately to my grand children named and any born to them, the said Aylesbury B and Savannah Georgia, after this date. As long as any of them are minors the property is to be managed by a guardian to be appointed by the Court of the Ordinary of Taylor County Georgia. The intention of this bequest being solely for my son Aylesbury B. Shehee, his wife Savannah Georgia Shehee and their children now in life, and that may be born to them, and to be managed entirely and fully by their father as long as he Aylesbury B.
