1810, July 3--- This Indenture made between Thomas Wingfield and Sidney 
Wingfield, his wife unto Henry Pope, all of Greene County, Georgia.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $1820 dollars, hath granted and sold one certain 
fraction lot of land lying on the Ocmulgee Riverin the 14th District of 
Wilkinson County, now Telfair County, containing 187 8/10 acres as lot number 
345, surveyed June 17, 1807 by Moses Fort and granted to the said Thomas 
Wingfield the 15th day of September 1807.
Also, one other fraction lot lying on the Ocmulgee River, adjoining the last 
mentioned in the 14th District, Land Lot No. 349 containing 114 1/10 acres 
Surveyed by the same surveyor and same date.  Said Fractions contain 301 9/10 
acres in the aggregate.
