Helena, Ga., January 27.-Troy Howard, a negro, hired a team in Helena to go to Sugar creek about two miles from Helena and returned in a drunken condition about midnight last night. The night marshal arrested him and locked him up. The driver later took a party with the sheriff to where some negroes were distilling whiskey near Sugar creek, and there they arrested nine other negroes.
