Dawson Weekly Journal, March 19, 1885, Page 3

On last Thursday night, little Alberta, the only daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J.A. 
Kennedy of Dawson departed this life after an illness of several days of 
typhoid pneumania and wooping cough.  She was eight years of age and was one 
of the brightest and sweetest little girls in town.
