Last Rites for Mrs. Kennedy in Thomasville.  Mrs. Evelyn Foster Kennedy, 85, 
died at her home in Thomasville, Wednesday morning, December 20.  Funeral 
services were held Thursday at Kirkland Crow and Hughes Funeral Home in 
Thomasville. Graveside service and burial was Thursday afternoon at Parrott 
City Cemetery.  Mrs. Kennedy was a native of Terrell County.  She was born 
August 17, 1893.  She was the widow of Jim Kennedy of Parrott who preceded her 
in death 50 years ago.  Survivors include two granddaughters, Mrs. Bill Lawson 
and Miss Pam Haynes of Thomasville, two great grandchildren, Brad and Shannon 
Lawson of Thomasville and a number of nieces and nephews from this area.
