Young Photo can be seen at: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/terrell/photos/ph201electric.jpg Image file size: 180.4 Kb This box is believed to be the forerunner for the electric shock treatments that was popular with the head shrinkers several years ago. The top of the box has a picture of a man turning the crank and another man attached to the box by two wires, and was receiving treatment for nervous disorders. The box was found in an old barn in Terrell Co that was in a family for several generations. They didn`t know which grandpa left it there, but we think from the writing on top that it is way over 100 years old.
