PERRY2 BOWEN (OWEN J1) was born September 24, 1798, and died April 23, 1862 in Magnolia Springs Plantation, Thomas Co, GA. He married MARY POLLY COX November 20, 1823. She was born July 30, 1805, and died July 26, 1883 in Magnolia Springs Plantation, Thomas Co, GA. Notes for PERRY BOWEN: Bur at Old Bowen Cem on Magnolia Springs Plantation home site near Thomasville, GA. Perry Bowen 4/23/1862Aged 65 years 4 months and seven days. Came to Thomasville and Thomas County 1853. Was Deacon Barnetts Creek Church. Served in Indian Wars. Three sons and a son-in-law in Confederate Army.
