GEORGIA, THOMAS COUNTY.

     THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this July 18th, 1891, between Tempy 
Langly of the first Part, and H. R. Brinson & J. I. Langly of the Second Part, 
all of the County and State aforesaid, WITNESSETH, that the said Tempy Langly, 
for and in consideration of the Love and Affection I have for Education, I 
hereby grant, give and convey unto the said H. R. Brinson & J. I. Langly, 
Trustees of Spring Hill, and their successors in office, all that Tract or 
Parcel of land, situated, lying and being in 17th Dist, Thomas County, Ga. 
Containing one acre, on the North side of Lot No. (190) for the express 
purposes of Church Privileges, known as the Old Spring Hill Church Ground, with 
all the rights, privileges thereto belonging as the purpose above mentioned 
forever in fee simple.
     In Witness wereof the said Tempy Langly has hereunto set her hand and Seal 
the day and year above mentioned.

     Signed, sealed and delivered in Presence of us.
