T. Carlisle, J. A. Carlisle, L. M. Carlisle and E. L. Carlisle being all the heirs and children of W. M. Carlisle deceased, the wife of W. M. Carlisle deceased having died prior to his death, and we being all of the children living at the death of the said W. M. Carlisle, and there being no children or heirs of children living at the death of W. M. Carlisle, except us, and we all being more than twenty one years of age do hereby agree among ourselves and each and every one of us agree and prefer to settle and divide the estate of W. M. Carlisle deceased, without administration we having heretofore made deeds to each other dividing the real estate of W. M. Carlisle except three city lots in the town of Meigs, Ga., hereby agree to divided (sic) all personal property, money, notes, accounts and choses (sic) in action belonging to W. M. Carlisle deceased at his death equally between each otger (sic), share and share alike, after paying funeral expenses, and for monument to be placed at the grave of W. M. Carlisle and his wife, and debts, if any, owing by the said W. M. Carlisle at his death, we further agree that we are to sign checks jointly drawing the money out of any bank or depository which the said W. M. Carlisle had money deposited with, said moneys to be turned over to us jointly and then to pay funeral expenses and for monument as above stated, and just debts, if any, owing by W. M. Carlisle at his death, then to divided (sic)said money equally between us, share and share alike. This agreement is signed by each of us upon the consideration of dividing said estate without administration and the further consideration of each receiving his part of the estate of W. M. Carlisle deceased, and each heir is to have a copy of this agreement signed by all of us jointly, and any one of said copies is to be considered as same as the original for any all (sic) purposes.
