The Rev. Dewitt Rehberg and the Rev. David Moore will officiate and interment is in Big Creek Cemetery. Mrs. Moncrief died Jan. 25 at her residence. Born Aug. 31, 1934 in Thomas County, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Asa and Carrie Parramore NeSmith. She was married to Bobby Moncrief, who survives. She was a homemaker and co-chairman for the social committee at Big Creek Baptist Church. Other survivors include daughters, Linda Moncrief Heusner of Athens, Brenda Moncrief Cone of Thomasville; sons, David Eugene Moncrief of Baconton, Robert Lamar Moncrief of Thomasville; grandchildren, Stephanie Michelle Fewell, Stephen Gregg Fewell, Alex Christopher Gunthrop, Jessie Asa Fewell, Anthony Bruce Gunthrop, Robert Dylan Moncrief and Anna Louise Rehberg; great-grandchildren, Dustin Lea Fewell, Brandon Glenn Carter, Hunter John Carter and Ethan Bryce Gunthrop and brothers, James NeSmith and Vernon NeSmith both of Thomasville. She was preceded in death by brothers, Herbert NeSmith and Hulen NeSmith. Memorials may be made to Big Creek Baptist Church Building Fund.
