Graveside services for Rick Lynn Luka will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, July 
21, 2003 in Laurel Hill Cemetery on Georgia Street. The Rev. Dr. Milton C. 
Gardner and the Rev. Dan Spencer will officiate. Mr. Luka died Friday, July 18 
at his residence. He was born on Jan. 1, 1957 in Decatur, Ill. to Paul and Pat 
(Dulgar) Luka, who survive. Mr. Luka was a assistant golf pro at the Marine 
Corps base in Albany and attended the University of Georgia and First Baptist 
Church in Thomasville. Survivors include his parents, Paul and Pat Luka of 
Thomasville; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Veda Luka of Stow, Ohio; 
nephew, Craig Luka of Leesburg, Va.; niece and spouse, Jaclyn and Jason Branch 
of Wilmington, N.C.; great-niece, Emma Grace Branch of Wilmington; and many 
uncle and aunts. Donations may be made to the Archbold Foundation, 910 S. 
Broad St., Thomasville, Ga. 31792. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 
p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. -- Allen & Allen Funeral Home
