The Rev. Estelle Arrington, pastor officiating, and interment is in Sunset Cemetery in Meigs. Active pallbearers are Jessie Swanson, Derrick Thomas, Robert Thomas, Jerome Simpson, Carl Fann and Darryl Burley. Mr. Bush died July 10 at Archbold Medical Center. Born May 14, 1964 in Grady County, he was a son of Robert Bush Sr. and Helen T. Williams, both of whom survive. He was a graduate of Central High School and a member of Deliverance Tabernacle Church in Pelham. Mr. Bush had lived in Thomasville for four years moving from Camilla and he was disabled. Survivors include his mother, Helen Williams of Camilla; his father, Robert Bush Sr. of Beachton; brothers, Earnest (Gwen) Glenn of Greenville, S.C., Sonny Williams, Giavonni (Wanda) Anderson, Neil (Carrie) Anderson, Franklyn Robinson, Keith Williams, Key Williams all of Cairo; sisters, Vera Simpson, Sandra Williams both of Camilla, Estella Williams, Debra (Darryl) Burley all of Beachton, Elaine (Carl) Fann of Ochlocknee, Janice (Jessie) Swanson of Thomasville, Cynthia Williams of Cairo, Tyaire Thompkins of Meigs; uncles, Williams Thomas of Jersey City, N.J., Nathaniel (Doreatha) Bush of Thomasville, Eugene Bush Sr. of Miccosukee, Fla., Roscoe (Annie Mae) Thomas of Meigs, Willie B. (Elnora) Thomas of Miami, Fla.; aunts, Clareatha (Moses) James of Thomasville, Edith (Billy) Carter of Pontiac, Mich., Mary Alice (Evans) Williams of Wiggins, Miss., Lula Mae Linton of Meigs, Sarah Bell Thomas of Washington, D.C.; brother-in-law, Jerome Simpson of Meigs; a very good friend, David Williams of Thomasville; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Preceding him in death is a brother, Elijah Williams; a sister, Stephanie Cooper; two aunts, Ida Moffet and Cora Lee Scott. The funeral procession will assemble at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at (address deleted), Thomasville. The family will receive friends for dinner and fellowship after the interment at Morning Star M.B.
