The Rev. Levi Kelly will officiate and interment is in Crestview Cemetery in Cairo. Active pallbearers are Erving Pate, Jimmy Tise, Ken Leggett, Deborah Hatcher, Chris Williams, Vincent Williams, Robert Leggett and Raymond Hill. Mr. Williams died July 11 at his residence. Born July 26, 1949 in Grady County, he was a son of the late Roscoe and Eva Williams. He was married to Dorothy J. Hill on Dec. 23, 1992. He was a lifelong resident of Grady County, truck driver at Graco Fertilizer Co., member of St. Peters Missionary Baptist Church, served four years in the U.S. Army and a 1967 graduate of Washington Consolidated High School. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Williams of Cairo; daughters, Terrell Jones of Thomasville, Marilyn (Osie) Smith of Camilla, Latosha (William) Brown of Climax, Tamara (Berriut) Bell of Savannah; grandsons, Ta'Von Smith of Camilla, Jawon Gurley of Climax, Todderick Brown of Climax; stepdaughter, Nikkia Hill of Cairo; stepson, Isaac (Fran) Hill of Norfolk, Va.; stepdaughter, Tryphenia Duncan of Cairo; stepgranddaughter, Niya Hill of Cairo; stepgrandsons, Mark Hill of Cairo, Jamar Hill of Norfolk; brothers, Earnest (Martha) Williams, Curtis Williams both of Cairo; sisters, Joyce (Willie) Johnson, Bettye Williams both of Cairo; aunts, Eula (Henry) Jones both of Cairo, Stella Warren of Wyandance, N.Y.; devoted mother-in-law, Ira Mae Hill of Cairo; father-in-law, Jack Hill of Whigham; seven sisters-in- law; two brothers-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
