Walker, 72, of Macon are Sunday, Aug. 3, 2003, at 2 p.m. at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with the Rev. Charles Cravey officiating. Interment will follow at Macon Memorial Park. Mrs. Walker died Wednesday, July 30, 2003, at her residence. Mrs. Walker, the daughter of the late Robert Luther and Gladys Norene Collins Jackson, was born in Thomasville. She was an inventory specialist retired from Robins Air Force Base and was a member of the Daughters of the Nile and a member of the North Macon Line Dance Group. Mrs. Walker was a member of Bloomfield United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Busy Bees and treasurer of the United Methodist Women. Mrs. Walker was a sister of the late Robert Luther Jackson Jr., and is survived by her husband Donald Walker of Macon. She is also survived by sisters, Geraldine Van Landingham of Thomasville and Norene Cooper of Port St. Joe, Fla.; a brother, Warren Jackson of Thomasville, and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Bloomfield United Methodist Church, 5511 Bloomfield Road, Macon, Ga., 31206, or to the Leukemia Research Foundation, Suite 420, 820 Davis St., Evanston, Ill. 60201. The family will meet friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2003, at the funeral home.
