Janette Miller Thompson
Graveside services for Janette Miller Thompson, 71, Cairo, are at 6 p.m., 
Friday, May 16, 2003 at Cairo Cemetery in Cairo with Louis Bryant officiating. 
Mrs. Thompson died Tuesday, May 13 at Archbold Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 2, 
1931 in Grady County, she was a daughter of the late Leo B. and Dartha Norton 
Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. 
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Wanda T. and Judson Hurst of 
Meigs; a son and daughter-in-law, Mack and Lori Thompson of Cairo; brothers, 
Joe Miller of Thomasville, Jessie Miller of Cairo; sister, Sammie M. Herrington 
of Maryville, Tenn.; grandchildren, Belinda Tate of Meigs, Dobie Hurst of 
Grant, Ky., Brandy Webb of Pelham, Scott Hurst of Meigs, Michael Friend, David 
Thompson, Blake Thompson all of Cairo; great-grandchildren, Jessie Michael 
Tate, Kaitlin Tyler Hurst both of Meigs, Cory Hurst of Grant, Ky., Mario Webb, 
Monica Faye Webb and Austin Thomas Webb all of Pelham. She was preceded in 
death by her parents; granddaughter, Ashley Friend; sister, Gloria Jean Miller 
Eglington; and a brother, Ronald J. Miller. The family will receive friends 
from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home. -- Clark Funeral Home
