TY TY - Ronald Stanley Archer, 60, of Ty Ty, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2006, 
at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel of Bowen-
Donaldson Home for Funerals. Elder Lee Chambers will officiate. A private 
family burial will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Mr. Archer was born on Sept. 30, 1945, in Tift County. He was the son of 
Walter Stanley Archer and Margaret Lucile Hitchcock Archer, both deceased. 

Mr. Archer was a sales representative of automotive repair equipment and a 
member of Mount Olive Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Rob Archer of Albany; a daughter and son-in-law, 
Dana and Brian Massingill of Valdosta; and three grandchildren, Addison 
Archer, Cole Massingill and Rachel Massingill.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mount 
Olive Primitive Baptist Church, c/o Lee Clements, 2488 Old Ocilla Road, 
Tifton, GA 31794.
