OMEGA, Ga. - Mrs. Fay Amanda Patrick Hornbuckle, 90, died Monday, November 29, 
2004 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Thomas Morgan Hornbuckle.
 
Funeral services will be held at Omega Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, 
December 1, 2004 with Rev. Warren Burnham and Rev. Steve Moon officiating. 
Interment will follow at Omega Cemetery with Rev. Rex Whiddon officiating. 
Pallbearers will be Alan Burnham, Rick Wenger, John Snead, Jason Hornbuckle, 
Adam Hornbuckle and Jim Dunn. Honorary pallbearers are the T.E.L. Sunday School 
Class and deacons of Omega Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hornbuckle was born February 28, 1914 in Omega to the late Charles Russell
Patrick and Millie Ellen Gibbs Patrick. She was a commercial Flower Grower and
Founder of Hornbuckle Wholesale Florist. She was a member of Omega Baptist
Church, a lifelong resident of Omega and she enjoyed working in her yard.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Albritton-Beaumont
Funeral Directors-Tiftarea Chapel. Survivors include her son and
daughter-in-law, Tommy and Betty Hornbuckle, Omega; daughter and son-in-law,
Gayle and Rev. Warren Burnham of Augusta; brother and sister-in-law, Gibbs
Patrick, Sr. and Helen Patrick of Omega.; grandchildren, Tom Hornbuckle, Jr. and
Georgia Hornbuckle, Macon, John Gibson, Jr. and Elizabeth Gibson, Katy, Texas,
Patty and Jim Dunn, Omega, Linda and Rick Wenger of Martinez, Diane and John Snead 
of Martinez, Alan and Dana Burnham of Bloomingdale, Wayne and Lori Brunham of 
Athens; 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
