                         Dorman Wayne  Foskey 
HARDEEVILLE -- Dorman Wayne Foskey, 75, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, at his 
home. Born in Johnson's Corner in Toombs County, Ga., he was preceded in death 
by Betty Kirkland Foskey, his wife of 50 years; a daughter, Del Butler 
Sanders; a brother, Milton Foskey; and his parents, James Arthur and Lennie 
Smith Foskey.
Mr. Foskey was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and was the retired plant 
manager of National Wire Company in Port Wentworth, Ga. He was a member of the 
Hardeeville Chamber of Commerce and was a co-founder of the Marine Rescue 
Squadron in Hardeeville, He was a member of the Abundant Life Ministries.
He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shelia and Gene Collins of 
Hardeeville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Shane and Christine Foskey 
of Hilton Head and John Wayne and Deborah Foskey of Beaufort; a brother and 
sister-in-law, Bernard and Carolyn Foskey of Uvalda, Ga.; a sister and brother-
in-law, Altine and Thomas Cecil Burke of Hardeeville; ten grandchildren, nine 
great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Viitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 1, 2007, at the Abundant 
Life Church in Hardeeville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at 
Abundant Life. Interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marine Rescue Squadron, Hardeeville, 
SC 29927 or Abundant Life Ministries, P.O. Box 310, Hardeeville, SC 29927.
Fairhaven Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the arrangements.
