                            Mr. Roy Foskey
 Roy Foskey, age 45, of Cheney Drive, Vidalia, died at Meadows Memorial 
Hospital in Vidalia Wednesday night, July 4, 1990. He was a native of Toombs 
County and had lived in this area all of his life. He was a building 
contractor.
 Mr. Foskey is survived by a daughter, Vicki Kramer of Uvalda; three sons, 
Michael Hitchcock of Uvalda, Roy Powell of Hardeville, and Jamie Foskey of 
Vidalia; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Foskey of Vidalia; five brothers, Ezra 
Foskley Jr. of Brunswick, Wayne Foskey of Lyons, Steve and Glenn Foskey of 
Vidalia, and Dale Foskey of Milledgeville; four sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Palmer 
of Vidalia, Mrs. Merle Lamb of Milledgeville, Mrs. Debra Kay Ursery of 
Beachmont, and Mrs. Jo Ann Griffin of Mt. Vernon; one grandchild; and a number 
of nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services were conducted Saturday morning July 7, 1990 at 11:00 from 
Harden's Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Greg Shivers officiating. 
Interment was in Harden's Chapel Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were Hoke Oliver, Greg Lamb, Durward Fowler, Chuck Vernon, and 
Fred Foskey. Jones-Stewart Funeral Home of Lyons was in charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Roy was born 1-4-1945 to Ezra Foskey Sr. and Monica Williams Foskey. Georgia 
death certificate #038974.
