                            Mr. Kendall Foskey
 Mr. Kendall G. Foskey, age 71, Vidalia, died last Wednesday night, January 
15, 1997 in the Meadows Regional Medical Center, Vidalia, Ga., after an 
extended illness.
 He was a native of Montgomery County and had resided in Toombs County for 
most of his life. He was owner and operator of Foskey Timber Company for 30 
years, a Master Mason, a member of the Milligan Creek Lodge #302 in Cedar 
Crossing and a member of the First Baptist Church of Vidalia.
 Survivors include his wife, Jackie Dees Foskey, Vidalia; his mother, Clyde 
Foskey, Vidalia; three sisters, Elise Davis, Vidalia, Reba Yawn, Orland, Fla., 
and Janell Williams, Atlanta; three brothers, Paul Foskey, Hollis Foskey, and 
Hugh Foskey, Uvalda; one granddaughter, Jody Foskey, Vidalia and one grandson, 
Matt Foskey.
 Funeral services were held Friday, January 17, 1997 at 3:00 in the Ronnie L. 
Stewart Funeral Service Chapel of Vidalia with the Rev. David Aycock 
officiating. Interment followed in the Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
 Pallbearers were Bill McLemore, Greg Dukes, Rodney Yawn, Ray Yawn, Kerry 
Page, Chad Harrell, Jimmy Davis, Bob Herz, and Justin Dunford. Ronnie L. 
Stewart Funeral Service of Vidalia was in charge of arrangements.

Additional Comments:
Kendall was born 12-7-1925 to Rufus Lester Foskey and Bertha Clyde Adams 
Foskey. Georgia death certificate #004216.
