Monday, May 7, 2007. Born in Lyons, Georgia. Army veteran Korean War and member 
of American Legion Post of Tampa (Fl.). Survivors: Wife, Betty Jeffers of 
Seffner (Fl.); Sons, James Darwin Jeffers, Jr., of Brandon (Fl. Hillsborough 
County) and David W. Jeffers and Wife, Peggy of Virginia; Daughters, Deborah 
Attaway and Husband, John of Seffner, and Sandra Squires and Husband, Warren of 
Seffner; Sister, Joyce Hodge of Cross City (Fl. Dixie County); and 
Grandchildren, Cory, Zackery, Kaylee, David, Kyle, Stephanie and Joshua.
