Floyd Parrish Buried Friday Funeral services for Foster Floyd Parrish, 78, of Rte. 3 Lyons, were held last Friday from the Harden's Chapel Methodist Church. The Rev. Curtis Drake and the Rev. H. S. Webber were the officiating ministers. Interment was in the church cemetery with Cooper Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers were: Bernard Foskey, Kendall Foskey, Hubert Tapley, Walton Toole, Tat Powell, L. D. Toole. Honorary pallbearers were: J. A. NeSmith, Herbert Partin, Albert Ansley, John Gay, and Tom Gay. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lydia Bell Foskey Parrish; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Toole, Lyons and Mrs. Lawton Allen, Homerville; three sons, James W. Parrish, Homerville, Clyde Parrish, Lyons, and Virgil Parrish, College Point; 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
