She was born in Montgomery County and was a member of Chevis Oak Baptist Church. She was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Osborne of Garden City; two sons, Kenny Rowland of Meldrim and Albert Rowland of Richmond Hill; three sisters, Etheel Stokes of Perry, Betty Freeman of Eatonton, and Bertie Mosley of Jackson; two brothers, Jim Manning of Bartow and Tillman Manning of Bonaire; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral: 10am Saturday at Massey Chapel Funeral Home, Garden City, burial at 2pm in English Eddy Church Cemetery, Toombs County. Additional Comments: Blanche was born 29 May 1921. Georgia death certificate #044667. Her second husband, Thurston R. Tyson is also buried at English Eddy Church Cemetery in Toombs County.
