                        Noah L. (Gus) Tyson
 TYSON---Noah L. (Gus) Tyson, of 1107 Wycoff Ave., died Thursday. He was a 
native of Vidalia, Ga. and had lived in Jacksonville for the past 23 years. He 
was supervisor for Gustafson's Dairy. He was a member of the Community 
Holiness Church, a veteran of the Korean conflict. Survivors include his wife, 
Mrs. Carolyn R. Tyson; his mother, Mrs. Mamie S. Tyson; 2 daughters, Peggy and 
Sandra Tyson; 3 sons, Dennis Tyson, Mark Snipes and Kevin Brown; a sister, 
Mrs. Beatrice Lockley; a brother, Willie Tyson; and several nieces and 
nephews. Funeral services at 2pm Saturday in the Chapel of Corey-Kerlin 
Funeral Home North, 1426 Rowe Ave., Rev. Dean Treadwell officiating. 
Pallbearers will be William Waters, Micahel Antollick, Fred Martin, Gary 
Tyson, Marvin Griffis Jr., and Curtis Morris; honorary, Colin Thomas and 
fellow employees of Gustafson's Jack Polk, Mike Martone, Bruce Harget and V. 
F. Waters. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.

Additional Comments:
Noah was born 1 Oct 1929 to William Joseph "Joe" Tyson and Mamie Dee Smith 
Tyson. Florida death certificate #77-029786.
