                              Hardy Tyson
 VIDALIA---Hardy Tyson, 72, of Vidalia died Friday at Meadows Memorial 
Hospital after a long illness.
 He was a native of Toombs County,a retired farmer, and a member of the 
Higgston Baptist Church.
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Rosie W. Tyson of Vidalia; four sons, Jack Tyson 
of Vidalia, Charles Tyson of Jacksonville, Fla., Ralph Tyson of Waycross, and 
Hugh G. Tyson of Vero Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Robie Womack of Aiken, SC 
and Mrs. Curtis Spivey of Vidalia; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild 
and several nieces and nephews.
 Funeral services will be held at 3pm today at Ronnie L. Stewart Funeral Home 
with burial in Pinecrest Cemetery.

Hardy was born 11 Sep 1903 to John Tyson and Virginia ""Jennie" Moxley Tyson. 
Georgia death certificate #041241. His first wife was Naomie Mixon Tyson. His 
second wife was Eva Duffield Tyson, and his last wife was Rosie M. West Tyson.
