                                 Andrew Tyson
 VIDALIA---Andrew T. Tyson, 69, died Thursday at the Meadows Memorial Hospital 
after a long illness.
 The Toombs County native was a member and deacon of the North Thompson 
Baptist Church and was a retired armer.
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Leona Mixon Tyson of Vidalia; two foster-sons, 
Jack Tyson of Vidalia and Roy Tyson of LaGrange; a brother, Hardy Tyson of 
Vidalia; three sisters, Mrs. James Wiggins and Mrs. W. C. Spivey of Vidalia, 
and Mrs. Robie Wommack of Langley,NC; and three grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held at 2pm today at the North Thompson Baptist 
Church with burial in Pine Crest Cemetery.
 Murchison Funeral Home of Vidalia is in charge.

Andrew was born 2 Nov 1901 to John Tyson and Virginia "Jennie" Moxley Tyson.
