                    David N. Williams Died Tues.
 David Noah Williams, 74, of Lyons, died at his home early Tuesday morning. 
Born in Tattnall County, he had lived in this section all of his life. He was 
a retired farmer and was a member of the New Branch Methodist Church.
 Funeral services were conducted from the Harden's Chapel Methodist Church. 
Interment was in the church cemetery, with Trapnell-Jones Funeral Home in 
charge of arrangements.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lucille Snow Williams of Lyons; four 
daughters, Mrs. Allen Foskey and Mrs. Ezra Foskey, both of Vidalia, Mrs. Mavis 
Wells of Savannah, and Mrs. Annie Lou Pruett of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three sons, 
Milford Williams of Tampa, Fla., Arthur Williams of  Mt. Vernon, Ill. and 
Donald Williams of Savannah; one brother, John Williams of Savannah; 39 
grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Additional Comments:
David was born 17 Jul 1899 to Calvin Henry Williams and Vianna Tyson Williams. 
Georgia death certificate #016920. His first wife was Denia "Denier" Odom 
Williams who is also buried at Harden's Chapel.
