Court of Ordinary August Term 1856

Henry A. Lyons guardian of Layfaett Brown and Mary Ann Brown applies
for leave to sell the Real Estate of Lafay Brown and Mary Ann Brown 
minor heirs of Henry Brown, Decd. It appearing to the court that it 
has been published in terms of the Law and no objections being filed
it is hereby ordered by the court that the said Henry A. Lyons, 
guardian, is hereby fully impowered and authorized to sell the same.
