From "The Gainesville Eagle", Friday, April 12, 1878, no. 15:

Georgia, Towns County.-Whereas David McClure, executor of the
last will and testament of Andrew McClure, late of said
county, deceased, represents to the court in the petition
duly filed, and entered on record, that he has fully executed
said will according to law: This is therefore to cite all
persons concerned to show cause, if any they can, why said
letters of dismission should not be granted on the first
Monday in May. Given under my hand and official signature,
January 25, 1878. J. W. Holmes, Ordinary.
