Georgia, Towns County.-Ordinary's Office, January 7, 1878.-
Whereas, John H. Carn, administrator de bonus non of the
estate of C. L. McKiney, petitions this court for a discharge
from said administration: Therefore, all persons concerned
are notified to show cause, if any they can, at the next May
term of this court, why said John H. Carn should not be
discharged from said administration, by order of this court
at the regular term thereof. J. W. Holmes, Ordinary.
