                              Billy Foskey
 SOPERTON --- Services for Billy Foskey will be at 2 p.m. today in Sammons 
Funeral Home with burial in Westview Cemetery. Foskey, 66, died Wednesday, 
Sept. 20, 2000. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a construction 
liaison engineer with the Georgia Department of Transportation. He was a 
member of First Baptist Church. 
Survivors include his wife, Glennis Spivey Foskey; children Wendell Foskey of 
Soperton and Vicki Valdez of Honolulu, Hawaii; sister and brothers, Minnie 
Kersey of Adrian, Lewis Foskey of Soperton and Albert Foskey of Guyton; and 
two grandchildren.


Additional Comments:
Billy was born 9-3-1934.
