                         Steve Foskey 
Mr. Steve Foskey, 67 of Soperton, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Mr. 
Foskey was born in Wheeler County and was preceded in death by his parents, 
A.E. and Eula M. Gillis Foskey. 
He was a retired truck driver, served in the National Guard, and was a member 
of Bethsaida Baptist Church, Treutlen County. 
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Wyman and Linda Foskey, of 
Milledgeville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Deneice and Tim Hanson, and 
Genelle and Roy Dorsey, both of Soperton; a sister, Judy Calhoun, of Soperton; 
four grandchildren, Tyrel (Rachel) Barfield, Mitchell (Ashley) Foskey, Kevin 
Foskey and Tyler Foskey; a great-granddaughter, Shae Foskey; and several 
nieces and nephews. 
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 5, in the 
Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home with the Reverend W.R. Connell officiating. 
Burial will be in Rosemont Baptist Church Cemetery, Treutlen County. The 
family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Steve was born 2-20-1941 to Anglish Elmer (A. E.) Foskey and Eula Mae Gillis 
Foskey.
