Mrs. Foskey was a native of Laurens County and had lived in Treutlen County for 33 years. Her parents were the late Lawson L. Hall and the late Mrs. Lenora Carey Hall. She was a member of Midway United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Clifton Foskey; three sons, Danny C. Foskey, Rickey Foskey, and Michael Foskey, all of Soperton; one sister, Mrs. Quennie Beacham of Dublin; one brother, John C. Hall of Soperton; and one grandchild. Funeral services were conducted from Midway United Methodist Church at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon, July 2, with Rev. Leo Mimbs officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Sammons Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were J. C. Darley, Leon Braddy, Malcolm Braddy, Sidney Sherrod, G. W. Braddy, and Drexel Braddy. Honorary pallbearers were Elvin Young, Bobby Joe Herndon, Lewis Johnson, Jack Edge, Roger Meeks, and Robert Calhoun. Additional Comments: Evie was born 6-13-1928.
