                        John Graham
 John Graham, 80, of Soperton, died Friday morning, May 26, after a long 
illness.
 Mr. Graham was a native of Laurens County and had lived in Treutlen County 
for the past 28 years. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Graham.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl Foskey Graham; three sons, Horace 
Graham of Soperton, Johnny Graham of Wrightsville, and Elbert Graham of Macon; 
three daughters, Mrs. Myrtice Powell of Wrightsville, Mrs. Vera Arrington of 
Cadwell, and Mrs. Reba Walker of Soperton; 23 grandchildren; and  2 great-
grandchildren.
 Funeral services were conducted from the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home at 3 
o'clock Sunday afternoon, May 28, with the Rev. Eddie Hilburn officiating. 
Burial was in Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville.
 Pallbearers were Robert Powell, Otha Powell, Hubert Graham, David Graham, 
Danny Graham, and James Arrington., all grandsons.

Additional Comments:
John was born 2-7-1899 to John D. Graham and Annie Bethrie Weeks Graham.
