                   Shirley Foskey Griner

 SOPERTON--- Shirley Foskey Griner, 43, of Soperton, died in an Augusta 
hospital Thursday.

 Mrs. Griner was a lifelong resident of Soperton and was a daughter of the late 
Willis Earl Foskey. She was owner and operator of Shirley's Upholstery in 
Soperton and was a member of Red Bluff Baptist Church near Soperton.

 Survivors include her husband, Russell Griner; two sons, Cale Griner and Craig 
Griner of Soperton; two daughters, Tina Kerr of Soperton and Belinda King of 
Vidalia; her mother, Mary Elizabeth Foskey of Soperton; a brother, Ray Earl 
Foskey of Soperton; and two grandchildren.

 Services will be held in the chapel of Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton at 4pm 
on Sunday, June 4, with the Rev. Calvin Anderson, Rev. Andy Cook, and Rev. 
Tommy Veal officiating. Burial will be in Red Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery.

 The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday night.
