                              Eddie Hutcheson
 Eddie Hutcheson, 76, Route 3 Soperton, died in a Dublin hospital Tuesday 
morning, October 5.
 Mr. Hutcheson was a native of Treutlen County and was a son of the late Jim 
Hutcheson and the late Mrs. Mary Foskey Hutcheson. He was a retired farmer and 
a member of Zaidee Advent Christian Church.
 Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorine N. Hutcheson; 3 step-sons, James 
Norfleet of Lyons, Bobby Norfleet of Soperton, and Lloyd Norfleet of 
Rockledge; a step-daughter, Mrs. Barbara Campbell of Soperton; 5 sisters, Mrs. 
Nita Barwick of Soperton, Miss Lavada Hutcheson, Miss Trudie Hutcheson, and 
Miss Christine Hutcheson of Vidalia, and Mrs Vonnie Haven of Gainesville, 
Fla.; a brother, Ray Hutcheson of Soperton; 7 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-
grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
 Services were held in the Chapel of Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton at 3 
o'clock Thursday afternoon, October 7, with the Rev. Charlie Edge and the Rev. 
Andy Cook officiating. Burial was in the Hutcheson Cemetery near Soperton.
 Active pallbearers were Jerry Barwick, Murray Barwick, Norris Hutcheson, 
Russell Hutcheson, Wayne Sumner, and Gene Stewart.
 The honorary escort included ____ Cauley, Ray Page, J. C. Dickey, Danny 
Foskey, Virgil Brinson, and Neal Hutcheson.

Eddie was born 2-26-1917.
