(Jim) Carroll williamcarrollj@bellsouth.net April 7, 2009, 11:20 am The Soperton News 12-3-1970 Page 2 Mrs. Lollie Mae Jackson Funeral services for Mrs. Lollie Mae Jackson, 54, of Soperton were conducted from Red Bluff Baptist Church at three o'clock Saturday afternoon, Nov. 28th, with the Rev. Foye Spivey officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Sammons Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were Roeldon Mosley, James Curl Jr., Ward Hooks, J. L. Rogers, Eddie Young, and Marcus Cox Jr. Mrs. Jackson died unexpectedly Thursday November 26. She was a lifetime resident of Treutlen County and a daughter of the late Richard Foskey and Mrs. Frances Sterling Foskey. She was a member of Red Bluff Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Luther Jackson; Four sisters, Mrs. Mary Etta Merritt, Miss Pearl Foskey, Miss Zelma Foskey, and Mrs. Elma Connell, all of Soperton.
