                            Lonnie B. McDaniel
 SOPERTON--- Lonnie B. McDaniel, 66, died here Tuesday after a short illness.
 The Laurens County native was a retired service station operator and a member 
of Faith Missionary Baptist Church near Soperton.
 Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Geneva McDaniel of Soperton; a son, Josie C. 
McDaniel of Soperton; seven daughters, Mrs. Betty Ann Hinson, Mrs. Sue Meeks, 
Mrs. Lois Byrd, Mrs. Linda Brantley, Mrs. Brenda Jackson, and Mrs. Sandra K. 
Morris, all of Soperton and Mrs. Sybil Cloud of Sardis; two sisters, Mrs. 
Julie Mae Jackson of Soperton and Mrs. Viola Wilkins of Hollister, Fla.; three 
brothers, Jim McDaniel of Soperton, Buster McDaniel of Collins, and Horace 
McDaniel of Vero Beach, Fla.; and 24 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
 Funeral: 11am Thursday at Sammons Funeral Home in Soperton, burial in Red 
Bluff Cemetery in Treutlen County.

Additional Comments:
Lonnie was born 18 Nov 1916 to William Joseph McDaniel and Susie Manerva Smith 
McDaniel. Georgia death certificate #031355.
