Local News, Tampa, Fl. Hillsborough county, Thursday, June 28, 2007.
Ruth C. Waters, 82, resident of Odessa, Fl. died Tuesday, June 26, 2007. Born 
and raised in Soperton, Ga. She worked for Warner Robins Air Force Base and 
relocated to Hawaii to work at Hickman field. Later came to Tampa was employed 
with GTE and retired from there after 25 years of service. Member of The 
Society of Military Widows, the Verizon Pioneers, the AAA Travel Club and 
Keystone Civic Association. She is now reunited with Her Husband, Norman and 
Her beloved Nephew, Joe. Survivors: Sister, Flossie Simmons and Husband, Doc;
Niece, Cheryl Linderman and Husband, Dan; Nephew, Gene DiBetta and Wife, Elia; 
Great-Nephews, Jason, Derek, Brian and Eugene. Graveside services, 11 a.m. 
Friday, June 29, 2007 at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Garden of Memories
