Watts, 66, were scheduled for 2pm today at the chapel of Sammons Funeral Home, with the Revs. Tommy Veal and W. R. Connell will officiate. Burial was to follow in Westview Cemetery in Soperton. A native of Soperton, Mrs. Watts was the daughter of the late Leon Dorsey and the late Mattie Belle Harrison Dorsey. She was retired from the Soperton Manfacturing Company and was a member of Rosemont Baptist Church. Mrs. Watts died Sunday in a Dublin hospital. Survivors include her husband, Wilmer Watts; three sons, Eddie Watts of Soperton, Larry Watts of Dublin, and Danny Watts of Mt. Vernon; two daughters, Joann Harrell and Sue Edenfield of Soperton; three sisters, Bernice Lawrence of Soperton, Wynoka Howell of Reidsville, and Latha Fowler of Statesboro; three brothers, Alton Dorsey, Roy Gene Dorsey, and Harrell Dorsey of Soperton; 10 gradnchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Watts, Dale Aaron, Guy Aaron, Raig Watts, Chris Watts, Rodney Fowler, and Ronnie Fowler. Sammons Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
