Carlisle of the County of Chambers and State of Alabama do for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Forty Five Dollars and Forty Five Cents sell convey quit claim and relinquish to Gideon Leverett his heirs and assigns all my right title claim and interest which I have or hold as heir in to the Estate of Thomas Leverett Deceased and to Two Hundred Two and one half Acres of Land more or less it lying and being in the Fifth District of the County aforesaid known and distinguished as Lot No. (151) One Hundred Fifty One. To have and to the same to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple, the right and claim of which I warrant to him the said Gideon Leverett his heirs and assigns against the claim of myself my heirs and assigns forever.
