In the matter of the estate of John Caleb Daniel, deceased

Notice to:

Theodocia Key of LaGrange, Georgia

Burthen J. Smith of Schoolfield, Virginia

You are hereby notified that Joel H. Whitten, executor of the estate of John 
Caleb Daniel, deceased, has this day filed his accounts, vouchers, evidences 
and statements for the final settlement of said executorship and that the 
17th day of February 1928 has been appointed by the court for hearing and 
making said settlement, at which time you can appear in said court and 
contest the same if you think proper. This 25th day of January, 1928. E.M.
