The Atlanta Semi-Weekly Journal April 22, 1910
West Point, Ga.,April 21. -- The city gravel pit caved in this morning and 
several tons of gravel, which had been undermined, fell.  Anderson Joseph, a 
negro, was buried underneath it.

He was dug out by other workmen and physicians think he will recover.  No other 
employees missing.
