FATHER OF MRS. M.D. BOULWARE DIED THURSDAY

Dan Edwards, a well known citizen of LaGrange, died in Atlanta on Thursday 
morning at three o'clock.  Mr. Edward was 53 years of age. The news of Mr. 
Edwards' death was received with deep grief in LaGrange where he and his wife 
Mrs. Clara Edwards and family have been held in warm esteem for many years. 
The bereaved wife and family have the community's sincere sympathy in their 
bereavement.  

The above paragraph is taken from the account of the death and funeral of Mr. 
Edwards as published in The LaGrange Reporter of last Friday. The funeral was 
conducted Saturday morning from the First Baptist church.  Mrs. M.D. Boulware 
of Roanoke, a daughter of the deceased, with Mr. Boulware, was called to 
LaGrange by the  news of this sad death.
