Posie A. Freeman 82 of the Abbottsford community of Troup County west of here 
died at 1:30 am Thursday in the Alverton convalescent home Alverton Ga., 
following an illness of several months A native and life-long resident of the 
Abbottsford community Mr. Freeman was a retired farmer He was a member of Harmony 
Methodist Church Survivors include his wife Mrs. Eula Whatley Freeman Abbottsford 
three daughters Mrs. Lovic Swint Columbus Ga., Mrs. Edgar Williamson and Mrs. 
Robert Milner both of LaGrange five sons Render Bernard and Archie Freeman all of 
LaGrange and James and Harold Freeman both of Abbottsford two sisters Mrs. 
Jackson West Point Ga and Mrs. H.J. Thompson Abbottsford: nine grandchildren and 
two great-grandchildren
