April 18th

Mrs. John Hooton died last Friday at the home of her daughter Mrs. Dawkins 
in LaGrange. The remains were brought to Hillabahatchee on Saturday for 
burial. The deceased formerly lived at Wehadkee and was a good woman. She 
was a member of the Primitive Baptist church. Her husband preceded her 
across the river three years ago.
