Elizabeth "Lizzie" (maiden name Manning) Carroll Teal was born 1-11-1896 and
died 4-25-1978 (GA DC# 014855) and is buried at Shadowlawn Cemetery in Troup
County, Georgia. Her first husband, Olin Coble Carroll, her father,  Henry
Thomas Manning, and her mother, Emma Thompson Manning, are buried at Cool
Springs Primitive Baptist Church in Twiggs County. Her second husband was Ollie
Teal.

 Mrs. Elizabeth Teal

Mrs. Elizabeth Teal, 82, of 511 Milam Street died Tuesday at the West Georgia
Medical Center.
A native of Bleckley County, Mrs. Teal had lived here for the past 24 years.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Lape and Mrs. Frances Yancey, both
of LaGrange and Mrs. Ilene Wallace and Mrs. Minnie Hand, both of Birmingham,
Ala; one son, Cecil Carroll of Bowden; one brother, Jule Manning of Cochran; 12
grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral servicers will be held Thursday at the Maddox-Page Funeral Home with the
Rev. Larry Presley officiating. Burial will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 this evening.
