Mrs. Lilia Freeman Thompson 73 Abbottsford died unexpectedly at 7 am yesterday at 
her home. Funeral will be held today at 3 pm at Harmony Methodist Church with the 
Rev Lumpkin pastor assisted by the Rev Webb conducting the service. Burial will 
be in the church cemetery with Hunter Allen and Myhand Funeral Home in charge. A 
native and life-long resident of Troup County Ga., Mrs. Thompson was a member of 
Harmony Methodist Church Survivors include a daughter Mrs. Grace Thompson Hudson 
Hickory Flat Ala., a sister Mrs. B.R. Jackson West Point Ga., two grand-daughters 
Mrs. Dianne Jones Hickory Flat and Miss Bobbie Jean Hudson Atlanta and a number 
of nieces and nephews.
